“Introduction to Public Administration from a Strategic Perspective”
In collaboration with Dr. Khaled Al-Khater and Dr. Adel Harhoush, a strategic public administration program was delivered as part of the master's qualification for security commanders and staff at the Police Academy. This initiative provided an opportunity to work with a distinguished group of Qatari leaders, recognized for their intelligence, respect, and commitment to excellence—qualities essential for building strong, prosperous societies. The program focused on equipping leaders with the strategic skills necessary for effective governance and leadership in the security sector.

Ministry of development Planning and statistics
"Strategic National Development Review and Capacity Building"
As a key consultant with the Ministry of Development, Planning and Statistics in Qatar, I collaborated with the World Bank and international experts to prepare the critical Midterm Review Report for the National Development Strategy (NDS). This strategic project involved comprehensive assessment of Qatar's developmental progress, providing in-depth analysis of national goals, institutional performance evaluation, and policy framework refinement. By aligning strategic vision with practical implementation, the consultancy supported evidence-based policy-making and strengthened Qatar's institutional planning capabilities, demonstrating a sophisticated approach to national development and governance.
Darfur Cultural Festival

“Tribal Reconciliation and Peacebuilding Initiative”
The Darfur Cultural Festival was a groundbreaking grassroots initiative that brought together senior leaders from diverse tribes including Rizeigat, Fur, Fellata, and Zaghawa, alongside scholars, activists, and cultural leaders from Khartoum and across Sudan. This unique dialogue platform facilitated substantive discussions that transcended historical tribal divisions, with participants expressing remarkable optimism and a collective commitment to finding common ground. The festival's significance was further enhanced by UNAMID's participation, creating a promising framework for relationship-building between international peacekeeping forces and local Darfurian communities, ultimately advancing the prospects for sustainable peace and mutual understanding.
